  I'll say this- if you've got your own contractor to install the floors and literally just need to buy flooring they are great- very inexpensive but still great quality floors. That being said, NEVER go through the process of getting them to install the flooring for you. What was estimated to be no more than a two week job from the day we first arrived to the peojected finish time turned out to be the biggest, longest pain. The saleswoman somehow forgot to write down the flooring we picked out which delayed everything by a week (we were waiting on them and hey we're waiting on us... their communication was terrible!!!!!!) and he guy who did the measurements was very unprofessional- stayed an hour after getting them while talking on his phone about another job that wasn't ours and that was after he was eight hours late. It then took another week to get our flooring delivered- and this flooring was ALL IN STOCK and after we nagged the heck out of the office by calling multiple times everyday to try to get things moving. We then decided we couldn't trust LL so we decided to cancel everything and we had to lug every single plank of wood from the second floor ourselves, deliver it, and unload it ourselves to get he refund back. I was happy we got all of our money back but I would NEVER hire them ever again even if it meant that I had to learn how to install flooring myself.
